Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes ~~~ CLH
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pull kale leaves off of stem and tear into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Arrange kale in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
